Brio Italian Grille - Kansas City - Photo album

Our first, but definitely not our last visit. The food was amazing, the hostess was so kind, & our service was the best we’ve ever had. David was remarkable, & gave a level of service you rarely see anymore.
We dined about 6pm on a Thursday. We were seated right away on the patio for a beautiful el fresco meal. The risotto was creamy and the shrimp perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the lobster bisque. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive.
I took my husband here for a part of his birthday surprise out of state. I wanted to wine and dine him and take him some place more fancy due to the fanciest place we have from home is Olive Garden which I actually prefer Olive Gardens food more after trying here. However the atmosphere was great e
such a good date spot if you’re craving italian! we went in on a friday evening at 6 and got seated immediately. we got the chicken caesar salad to start (10/10 recommend, the chicken on it was toooooooo good), and then ordered the fillet mignon and pasta vodka w shrimp. the food came surprisingly f
David is seriously the best waiter I have ever come in contact with, he's awesome. Before you ask for something, it is already there. This is Kansas city's shining star. Also the place is breathtaking!!! Thank you
Good times, Great memories… My wife and I ate here when it opened back in 2004-05. Almost 20 years of special days, birthdays, anniversaries. We came to celebrate my wife’s 40th Birthday, we love the tiramisu. Thanks to the manager for getting to reminisce and the champagne and to Devin for wonderfu
My meal was delicious, the service however wasn't the best. I served for 8+ yrs at 3 different restaurants. We came in 1.5 hrs before close and you could tell that things were getting lax because of the time. Saw a server walking around chewing, and my server seemed like we weren't a priority at all
Brio Italian Grille is the perfect spot to eat at in Kansas City when you are craving a fresh and delicious Italian meal. Did I mention you have a spectacular view of the Plaza if you are sitting on the patio?? We ordered our two favorite items: Chicken Limone and Chicken Milanese. Every table start
Beautiful Tuscany inspired decor. We were in shorts and Tee's & at first I thought we might be under dressed. But we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our cocktails a Strawberry Basil Lemonata & Amalfi Blue Wave were pretty and yummy. But be warned the latter is very sweet. Pictured is th
We are currently enjoying an early lunch before our annual holiday Nutcracker day. We are a large party with several kids, which can sometimes lead to different treatment, but not here at Brio. Our server David was a real treat to dine with. From the very first greeting he was positive, charming, fu
Went here for drinks and appetizers had the best waitress ever Sarah was very helpful and attentive. Had the The food was excellent We will definitely be going back here.
I took my Aunt and Uncle for a special dinner at Brio's on Wednesday night. I used the free parking garage across the street. We started with lobster bisque, bread and each of us had a different chicken dish, which was delicious. Large portions! We shared a tiramisu, and they also gave us a complime
Dasha gave us the best service I’ve experienced in years. She was super attentive and super sweet with our little ones. We had full glasses & a basket of bread at all times. The lobster and shrimp pasta was also amazing. 10/10
We ate there twice while visiting the KC area. The two servers, Jacob and David were exceptional! Both are incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the menu. Recommendations were spot on! They constantly were moving and doing all they could to keep patrons satisfied.
Very nice establishment. Very clean and service was super fast almost too fast lol. Ana was a great waitress ! The wedge salad and Pasta Brio were well done. I do feel like they may add too many noodles to the dish. I'm sure not many complaints about getting too much food. Was just not my preference
My only complaint would have to be the service. It took them a a little while to get the food out. I’d say about 30-45 minutes. There wasn’t that many people probably 2/5ths of the restaurant was full. Other than the service, food was good!
Everything was good. Service was good. They need a bit of a face-lift. Booth seats sink really low due to age. They used to bring bread and oil. No more....it was really good. The sour dough and dark loaf. Bummer.... we were there for lunch. Had a Wedge and Flatbread. Not many toppings. Parmesan us
