Mcdonald's

Was told to pull up and wait for my food. 20 minutes later I go in and ask about it. The Manager was very nice and told me he had new people and they gave my food to someone else. He offered to refund my money and give me my food but since he was so great about It I wouldn't let him give me a refund. I told him that I would be happy with just my food. Thank you to the nice Manager. You made a difficult day better.

Through my experience, it's better to visit here in the morning or afternoon. The evening and night hours are often chaotic and poorly managed. I've witnessed the evening/night employees arguing with delivery drivers. Orders move much slower later in the day. For example, it took nearly 2 hours for a single combo meal. Even when I received the order, it was missing a coffee drink. When I went back to get it replaced, I told them 3 times what the drink was and they still got it wrong. In total, I spent about 3 and a half hours trying and failing to get a single order completed correctly. My advice would be to go as early as you can. The people are friendlier, they care a bit more, and the orders are quicker and more accurate.

May 29th around 3:30am: The worse! Had 2 separate orders. Arrived at the second window and received the second order, but didn't receive my first order. Told the young lady I'm missing my first order and she was clueless. I gave her my receipt and I was still missing items. After 16mins of trying to get my order together, I was still missing my coffee. She wanted to pull me up for my senior coffee now. I just told her to keep it! In total I was at the McDonald's over 20mins. I received cold fries and a mcdouble, as well as no coffee.
