Staff didn't seem well diverse in the operations of this Wendy's. Asked for 2 large frosty's. Received two, ½ filled large cups. The young man making my order had no idea what a Carolina Classic burger was or how to make it.
I went through drive thru about 9:15 tonight to order 3 large frosty. I waited in drive thru for about 3 mins and no one greeted me so I drove to the window and the young lady open up the drive thru window and I asked if they where taking orders. She goes to tell me to drive back around the building
They did not fix my hamburgers to the way that I ordered them the buns was hard my worst experience ever there. I've always loved getting food there.
This Wendy's must need new management. I purchased a single hamburger combo and it was awful the meat was cold the bread was hard the fries were warmed over fries. The whole thing was awful and the teller at the window act like she was about dead.
Me and my grandmother had lunch here and we got our usual. A baked potato and a small Chilli. Our Chilli was cold and they had no potatoes ready so I'm pretty sure they put us one in the microwave because they were cold and hard in the middle.
