Mcdonald's

Ordered the chicken biscuit and first bite, I couldn't even bite into it. Pulled that chunk off and tried another spot. Same thing. Pulled off highway to check it and it's literally one big chunk of gristle but also looked under cooked in some spots. 🤮 ofcourse I'm not going to turn back around for a 4$ biscuit and they know it. So just avoid this location, especially early in the morning.

Horrible experience there, DON'T EVER GO THERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING FOR YOUR FOOD THAT IS NOT EVEN READY. I went to order my sister's food, it took FOREVER just to order, that's the first red flag I should've seen, once we ordered the person at window said he couldn't take my cash probably b/c of the coin shortage or whatever. Mind you, I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. they told me to pull up to a parking space. I waited there for almost 1 HOUR just for some chicken nuggets and fries. Then my dad went inside to tell them we have been waiting forever while they have been giving others their orders. He saw most of their workers doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They need to get it together it wasn't like this before.

Worst location by far. Took my daughter by there after picking her up from school. 5th time in a row that our order was wrong. Called them while there and watched them ignore the call and cut up with each other. I blame their management team directly. Poor training and lack of observations leads to sub par service. Gave this location too many chances. Order an item and you'll be lucky to get it here. That's on me. The service at this location (and lack of), that's solely on you McDonalds.

Ridiculous!!! Nobody helps you at the counter, Told to "Use the Kiosk that's what it's there for." No sense of urgency which isn't really to be expected in a "Fast" Food restaurant anymore. I can hear crude language being used non-stop by the employees not 5ft from the counter. The one employee who cared at all in my opinion deserves a raise because she ran circles around the others not doing their jobs is Sydney... and without her or more ppl like her this place is screwed!
