Good food quick service, but I got baconator or maybe just a nator. Sure doesn't look like the adds.

We went to the drive-through. Sat there for 10 minutes to pull up to the window and be told it would be a 15 to 20-minute wait because it was a shift change. When we asked if we could go ahead and place our order she said with attitude "NO". I'd say they had at leastv10 cars drive off. We then drove to another Wendy's and placed an order. The order was incorrect. We ordered 1 double classic meal. 1double classic sandwich and 1 junior bacon cheeseburger. We were given the meal and junior bacon, but we received a double Wendy's burger in place of the classic sandwich.

I live like 3 miles from this store, and on multiple occasions just before closing, I ordered 50 nugget bucket for my kids movie night. Today at like 5 in the afternoon, I waited in line for like 20 min to order food for the family. I was told we don't offer the 50 piece nugget at this location. I asked were they out of nuggets or something, and was told no we just don't offer that here we never have. I literally ordered it 2 nights ago, and the week before, and the one before that. Line was slow in drive thru. Only ordered Unsweetened Tea and they gave me Sweet. Can't drink because of medical condition. It had taken so long to get thru the line that I did not have time to do it again
Threw out wendys tea and went
to mcdonalds
Got thru quickly and got the correct tea at a much better price. This was my first time at this wendys and I won't go again

The food was hot and prepared with speed. The drink lids, straws, napkins and condiments were also stocked. The dining room was clean and the service was excellent.

I ordered a list of food including two of the 10 ct of the spicy chicken nuggets. I get home to realize that neither one of them was in there. I looked at the receipt and these were the first thing on the list. They did get everything else in the order right though. I also didn’t get greeted or thanked.

I do not recommend going to this Wendy's. Their customer service is terrible. The managers are rude to not only the customer but treat their employees like trash. This Wendy's dine in area is always a mess and tables are so sticky you can't even sit down. Also you are starred at for 10 minutes or longer before someone will take your order.

The floors were dirty the counters were sticky I think they did a good job preparing the food from the back but could use somebody up front to keep things clean and organized
