This is the Taco Bell that we always go to. The food is always good. We have never had any issues with the staff.
The big problem is the drive thru and parking situation. As others have mentioned, the drive thru line snakes through the parking lot so when it is busy it is hard for both people parking and the drive thru patrons to navigate. The last time we were in the drive thru line it went all the way through the parking lot to the street.

Their drive through and parking lot configuration is challenging. Wish they had a drive around lane but due to the lot size and the building size and location it is less than optimal if you are trying to dine in.

This place is alright. It is not as terrible as some of the other reviews make it out to be, so try it out! One of the few quick fast food places that I can count on.

Update: I don’t know who works the late shift on a Sat night here, but they helped serve several cars of people thru the drive thru 5 min from close. Shout out to this wonderful crew👍👍👍👍👍

We normally use the drive thru and it's VERY quick and easy, especially with the TACO BELL APP! They make it much easier. You order ahead and it's ready for you to pick up in the drive thru by name!

The supreme breakfast crunchwrap was everything as advertised. I was a little apprehensive but very much enjoyed this breakfast sandwich. Not all of the Taco Bell restaurants serve breakfast so I was lucky enough to have been in the Kaneohe area so that I could experience this. I'd order it again for sure.

When they close the dining room, need to announce it on the app and make a big sign in the parking lot. So many times only drive thru is open, waste my time going to door to see dinning room closed.
