Burger King

Literally waited 40 plus minutes for are food. Had no problem during the day ordering day workers were extremely nice. Coming here at night is a serious 10/10 don’t recommend. The main lady here was absolutely so disrespectful. Slamming her fingers on computer screen rolling eyes etc. I as well worked in a fast food service have experienced how it can get, but I have never disrespected anyone like that nore, made them wait for 40 + minutes.

We always stop at Burger King real quick sandwich. We like the two for $6 or the two for $5 deals. However today's stop was a little bit of marketing misrepresentation. The signage leads you to believe that you're getting two sandwiches plus some chicken fries thrown in. But no, the chicken fries are extra. The employee was having to clarify that to everyone that tried to order that.

Used to really enjoy going here for a quick meal, now do not think I will be going back. Last few experiences have been negative. Staff rolling eyes at customers requests, do nor smile, food is Luke warm at best unless you ask them to make it fresh. Pop machine was out of mist brands in the lobby, but they had some of them in the back. I watched an elderly gentleman ask for coke, to which they said they were out, he finally said he'd take a root beer, to which the customer service young male took the gentleman's cup, by the rim, actually sticking his entire unloved hand over the rim and a finger into the cup, when he brought it back the gentleman said thank you, to which the young worker said nothing but rolled his eyes as the gentleman was walking away. In 15 minutes I witnessed rude behavior with many customers by this young male customer service person and some by 2 females. What happened? Customer service and food used to be great at this Burger King, now it is sorely lacking.

The food is characteristically Burger King, the new Whopper Melts just may be the end of me, they're sooo good! Staff is friendly, though they do get a bit slammed and behind at night. Management would do well to pay closer attention to keeping in stock items, and hiring one more person for evening shifts.

Went here yesterday to get my family dinner. Went thru drive and had a lady named Tracy take our order. She seemed very irritated that we had to get meals for 4 adults and 3 children. It wasnt close to closing time either. She made the comment well gosh this is a huge order. I dont see how as it was only 7 people total and 3 where kids meals. She had us pull around front, brought our food out after about 15 minutes but forgot condiments . She ran back inside which seemed to take her atleast another 10 minutes before returning. Then as I went to leave, I noticed we where missing food. I tried repeatedly for about 2 minutes to call then went back thru drive thru. I then had to wait another 15 minutes before getting my food and by the time I got home to eat it, it was soggy amd cold. Definitely not worth the wasted gas or time.
