Mod Pizza

Love this place. They have great pizza and salads with dressings I never knew existed. The atmosphere is very fun and upbeat . They even have healthy crust options. Highly recommended. Sometimes the music can be quite loud but that doesn't bother me personally. I understand trying to make it though a day of work. Their online ordering is also very easy, fast, and handy. I eat here a lot and they have never messed up an order.

Customize your own or pick one of their suggestions. It's like subway or Qdoba for pizza. My husband says the only pizza he's had better was in Italy. Today was our first time. I did a white sauce, garlic rub, mozzarella, Asiago and feta with Chicken mushroom spinach, tomato slices, roaster garlic, and red onion. My husband got spicy red sauce all kinds of meats, jalapeños and a Sriracha ranch sauce on top.

So happy for the order in and dine in again! Happy welcome heated us when we walked up and the lady that started our order was very nice and accommodating as I changed my order, modified what I wanted and she was great! The did came out quickly, it was perfectly cooked and tasted really good! The gentleman that rang us up modified our order to give us a deal that included a donation to help feed those that need a little help and then he checked up on us a couple times to make sure everything was good and it was! Great food! Great people! Definitely a go to for great pizza!

I will update this review once someone at Mod Pizza responds - Please get the staff some help! There were 4 super young folks working this evening, the tickets for online orders were printing off so fast the poor girl behind the desk was about to break into tears. You guys have such a great product - might be worth paying whatever it takes to make this work up here.

Worst experience at a MOD pizza ever. We went into the location at 12 noon today 06/16/2022 to order lunch. we walked in and we were the 2nd people in line as they had just opened. the employees had nothing ready to go prior to opening. they didn't start taking peoples orders until 5 minutes after noon keep in mind they have been open for 5 minutes already and never started taking orders upon opening. The girl that was pressing pizza dough had headphones in and never greeted any customers. Once we finally ordered we had to wait several minutes to pay for our lunch and the pizzas we ordered (4 mod sized pizzas and a cheese bread) just sat on the rack waiting to get cooked. The lady cooking the pizzas was talking on her personal cell phone instead of cooking pizzas and doing the job that she was being paid for. Other pizzas kept making there way into the oven ahead of ours from people behind us in line. 45 minutes after walking into Mod pizza in Kalispell Montana we finally received our order and I must say it wasn't worth the time spent or the money. Pizza was way over cooked crust was hard. this was a to go order so we didn't notice until we got it home and we didn't want to spend another hour at this horrible location. I know that the excuses will be that we are short staffed and they are new employees and if this is the case then you need to rethink your model for your location (hours, days that you are open ect). This was the worse experience I have ever had and I probably will never return to this location ever again. waste of my hard earned money. Not a happy Customer.

I would like to start off with I never have left a review before (I wrote this 5 months ago debating on if I should post it) but I’m quite inclined to do so at this point. I actually love the food, this review is not about the food or the company though, it’s about the people that represent it. After having one phone call from the district manager, Theresa, I will absolutely never come back until management is changed. I can quite seriously say that she is the rudest person I’ve ever not had the pleasure of speaking to. You would think that when you are representing a business that you work for that you would be polite; however, She is extremely childish and has the audacity of a 16 year old teenager. She throws an attitude automatically when you represent an issue and then when you throw it back on her (because why wouldn’t you) she comments back about how “unnecessarily rude your being” even though she is very, very deserving of it as she is the person who is supposed to be the face of a company but doesn’t act like it. Let me just say if you are thinking about working here I know two people that have quit because of her already and I’m assuming that there is more based on her character over the phone to a stranger. Pick a different work place if you want to enjoy where you work. And I sincerely hope this reaches your superiors as you are not representing this company in its best graces.
