This is super disappointing. I only asked for extra sauce cause sometimes there really isn't enough on the sandwich, but this is completely unacceptable and uncalled for. I can't eat this, such a waist of my money and time. Not only hella sauce, the chicken patty was super small and the bread was really dried out. Disappointing and discussing 😕

We order food for delivery from this location today! I'm not sure what the environment was like at the time in the restaurant. despite that the food arrived on time at my home, it tasted great! Best of all the entire order was accurately delivered correctly. Thank you great job

Burger King service person was very courteous. Their prices have recently gone up and the quality has gone down. I miss the flame grilled flavor the whopper used to have. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant like Hunan Gardens and paid less. I would have been able to sit in a nice atmosphere. Burger King is going in the wrong direction!!!

I was at west main the girl did not give me a single napkin or a receipt much less a thank you. My fish sandwich was way over cooked. Is this the way they treat all their drive through customers. If. I had had time I would have gone back in person to see the manager. HOPE this will help others who use the drive through.

The drive thru forgot our nuggets, no biggie, but we waited for 30mins in line for the food, so instead of going through the line again, i called to see if they could just bring the food out to us (the lobby was locked) we then watched the manager pick up the phone, hang up, then walk away. So i called again ignoring the hang up, and was then very rudely told that we would have to go thru the drive thru AGAIN (another 30 mins) in order to get our food, even though! They brought our food out to us when we first initially got it. We finally got the nuggets and she just handed it to us looking away. Super awful dude.

Food and service is always good. But you always know what you are getting! Lol no brainer,, prices are gouging people. The prices went up a couple or years ago, upto 10 dollars for a large and than you raise it again another 3 dollars. Won't be going to BK again. I can go to a Cafe and getter better food for the same price

I found a hair on my double cheeseburger last night. By the time I noticed, they were closed so I couldn’t talk to anyone last night. I called back today and she told me she can’t issue me a refund because it isn’t the same day, but she can make me a new one. Didn’t apologize or anything. Just “I can’t give you a refund, but I can make you a new one”. I’m not missing that $3, but it’s the principle. We’ll see what corporate says I guess

This is the worst bk in Kalamazoo.
Short staffed took us an hour amd they weren't busy. Every item we ordered was hard or cold. It happens all the time here too.
