My wife and I have visited this place at least 5 times and I always forget to add pics . This time I didn’t forget …. Here’s the skinny on this joint . If you love BBQ done right and also love whiskey (plenty of other yummy cocktails too) this place is a go to while in Kailua. From the moment we are greeted to the check all the workers are so friendly . We love love please don’t hate me because I forget names easily …. The worker who recently had a short haircut (she donated her locks! Good on ya !) We had angels envy whiskey , hibiscus fused with tequila , spin and artichoke dip is the bomb . Perfect texture , lemon to add the tang on the bagel chips , and a cheesy non oily dip that is so delicious. We decided to share the Philly cheese special with tater tots . Tots always remind me of middle school . In a good way. Thank you for such a good experience ! Aloha!

Such yummy comfort food. I recommend going with a big appetite. They also have really good cocktails. My go to is normally an espresso martini. If that is not your vibe then the mimosa selection is also a good route.

Found this place on a wim and I'm super impressed, best huli huli chicken I've ever had. I got it with tots, rice and sweet bread, my wife got the poutine which also ended up being amazing. Great BBQ place. Good tropical drinks. 👌 I grew up here on Oahu and finding new local places all the time. Give it a try

Not your typical Hawaiian BBQ and I’m here for it! This isn’t Texas BBQ but it’s pretty dang good. The brisket was very good. The pork belly was cooked perfect. Coleslaw was better than average and the Mexican corn was ok. The green hot sauce was my favorite by far. You need to try it. The service was very good. I sat at the bar and the lady was super helpful. The kitchen is right next to the bar and is open. They are very professional in the kitchen and seemed to have their procedures down pat and everyone followed them. It ran like a well oiled machine. I will visit here again when I’m in the area for sure.

10/10 the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The sandwich itself was HUGE. The cornbread was moist and flavorful. The Mexican street corn was absolutely delicious and I would get 40 more bowls of it. The peanut brittle cake was huge and full of flavor!! You NEED to come here if you’re in Kailua!!

I had a long bus connection so I popped into the bar for a drink. The bartender was extremely friendly and I had a great time talking story with her. The “Hard Wake Up Call” was delicious, the mimosa was generous, and the prices are rather inexpensive compared to other places. I highly recommend stopping by for weekend brunch!

Easy ‘Que in Kailua is an easy recommendation for BBQ in the area. With a smattering of meat options and stellar side dishes, I’ve yet to be disappointed on any of my many visits. I stopped by Easy ‘Que on a Friday evening with two friends and even though the restaurant was quite busy we were seated quickly. That night was our waitress’s first day on the job and she gave us exceptional service. We started with an appetizer of burnt ends; one of Easy ‘Que’s most well-known plates. To say they were amazing would be an understatement of colossal proportions. They run out quick, so be sure to get there early, but I would highly recommend a trip to Easy Que just for the burnt ends. For my main dish I ordered the sausage, brisket, brussel sprouts, baked beans, and corn bread. Everything was spectacular; though I found the brisket to be a little dry. The flavor was good but needed a bit more moisture. A very small nitpick. The brussel sprouts were divine and quite nearly better than anything else on the place. Highly recommended. If you’re in Kailua and hankering for some BBQ do yourself a favor and stop by Easy ‘Que. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great BBQ and adult slushies!! If the chili is a special, make sure you order it! The Kalbi brisket is one of our faves, too! Great smoked meats and Southern sides.
