Always a good meal!. We've been going to Los Garcia's for over 12 years...and always leave pleased with the food and service. This is a family run business...always has been. I've lived in San Diego and have experienced true Mexican food. While Los Garcia's is not quite to that level...it is a good Mexican meal...in Hawaii...in Kailua.

Yumm-o!. Los Garcias is a good option for Mexican food out in the Kailua area. Coming from a place that has a surplus of Mexican food to the Islands, this place satisfies my cravings!

Pretty tasty. With the new management, the already "windward" prices went up even more, so I don't go as often as I used to. I really like the shredded beef chimi with salsa verde (special order) and the margaritas.

The service was really good. We walked in and they told us to have a seat wherever we want. After we chose a table the server brought menus and asked if we wanted anything to drink. I ordered the smallest margarita with pineapple. While waiting for our drinks they brought us chips and salsa. The salsa was really good and the chips were not over fried. when they brought our drinks they took our order. We waited maybe five minutes for our food to be delivered. I got the beef quesidia with no sides because it was huge. All in all the food was great and the service was great. This is a place I want to return to.

Great mexican food, eager and attentive service though not polished, the avacado papaya salsa is a must try. The Spanish rice and refried beans served with entrees are flavorful and, unlike most restaurants, they were not an afterthought.

So far the best authentic Mexican food my family has found on the island & love that it’s family and local owned. The atmosphere is also decorated really nice for Christmas. The only downfall is only having virgin margaritas so next time, we’ll just make sure to BYOB! Also, the best fried ice cream I’ve ever had :) Cheers!

Quiet afternoon lunch on a weekday with a friend. We were able to have a great conversation along with scrumptious street tacos 🌮. Sorry, no photos of the food. I had the lengua and carne asada tacos and girlfriend had fish tacos.

x2 veggie fajita platters, excellent salsa & chips (free), great service, for under $30. What's not to love? In kailua!

It's hard to find a solid Mexican food spot around here, but this one is my favorite so far. If you order any vegetarian options, they automatically make it vegan with black beans and rice rather than refried beans and Spanish rice. This spot doesn't serve alcohol but you can get virgin margarita mix and byob.

Best Mexican food on the island. Really fast service n good stuff on the menu plus they have a lunch special under 10 bucks. FRESH N AUTHETIC Mahalo u guys rock n food is absolutely awesome. I was done in 3 minutes cldnt stop. Definitely Definitely coming back

We eat here quite a bit and always enjoy it. Lived in Texas for almost a decade and Los Garcia's food is close to some of our favorite restaurants there. Their salsa is really good. They are welcoming and accommodating, and portions are a good size. Our kids often split a larger combo plate. Inexpensive parking is available just around the corner at meters or in the public garage. Recommend!

Excellent food, excellent service. And they have an awesome blues band that plays live music on Wednesday evenings 6 - 8 PM. Highly recommended place to visit, enjoy delicious food & listen to live music played by great blues band.

I get here about an hour early and the owner was outside, unlocked the door, got me a drink, and started making food for me. They were very polite and welcoming. The atmosphere and decore are beautiful and parking was pretty easily done at the gas station near by.

Serves chips with salsa. Chicken tacos- 7.8/10 Slow roast pork-8.6/10 Overall setting- 8.5/10 The service was great, I went when they were abt to close, but this place is probably serves the best Mexican food on this side of the island.
