Decent bar.. I will be back here. Patrons at the bar were a bit off-putting, but hey.. each to their own. Don't get me wrong, the place is good, but it's just not my fav.

Food was ok. Asked for onion rings as they looked good on another's plate and got fries - didn't feel like waiting for an order fix as the food took a while already. Tables were sticky and heavy metal music wasn't the lunch dinner vibe. Watching Biggest Loser on TV as you're scarfing down fried food is also not without guilt. It was ok. $20 a plate.

The Shack was great! There was no wait when we arrived and were seated on the outdoor patio (sun shaded) and were served by Shaunny. She was excellent! Super funny and inviting. The restaurant is known for their burgers so we each gave one a try. Definitely didn’t disappoint! I highly recommend The Shack for your next burger on Oahu.

Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. We both ordered burgers (that actually come with fries for no extra $) and they were excellent. We loved this place. I wanted to try the wings but uh…that’s an astronomical price!

First time at The Shack Kailua. Good burgers and excellent fries!! Nice to sit out on the lanai. Definitely be going back to taste the rest of the menu.

This was a nice causal place to grab a drink and a burger. I’m not a beer drinker so I got some of their cocktails - they were very flavorful, and I loved the little umbrella touch to them. I also highly recommend their Mama’s Mud Pie. It was delicious! This location was Covid compliant and kept sanitized.

This is a casual place. The prices were just right. We decided to give it a try since we had a long day at the beach. We will definately come here again. Server was friendly and fast. Plates are big, we took leftovers home.

Great local spot for great local food and great local atmosphere. It's conveniently located as we stopped here on the way to Kailua beach. The kalbi plate is yummy and if you order a salad, trust me, it's huge and can serve more than 4 people. One note though, it doesn't open until 11am. If you're early you can wait across the street and have a cup of coffee.

Quick, affordable, and bountiful grub. The lunch special of the Kalbi Beef ribs was some of the best I had on the island. Definitely worth the stop. Our server was also attentive, and friendly.

Crispy bacon! 😋 and yummy fries! Burger are very delicious! Friendly service that check on you often! And staff was very nice to my daughter, she was happy to get an otter pop!

Great place to get together for a pitcher of local brews and classic American eats. They have breakfast too and everything is reasonably priced. Large portions so you could easily split a meal. Fast and friendly service and nice outdoor patio seating.

I live on the big island but whenever I get to Oahu I try get to the shack to nosh the the wings, Uncle Scott has the best recipe!
Another thing the shack has is Guinness on tap! As well as many top-shelf Liquors of course, all served up by an attentive staff that know their clients.
The bar has outdoor seating as well as indoor and there are plenty TVs with satellite service to catch that special game you wanted to watch.

Great little spot with an awesome atmosphere. Jumped off the plane and needed somewhere to grab some food and couldn't have stopped at a better place. Service was friendly and food was fantastic. Had a great "local" feel.

The wings and fries were on point. The hot turkey sandwich was weird, it was served with salty beef gravy on top. Parking is a bit difficult but the atmosphere is nice and I would definitely return.

Sorely disappointed the Ortega Chile burger is no longer on the menu. Had the Bacon and bleu instead and there was no flavor of bleu cheese at all.

We went there for lunch cuz our Boss loves the Kalbi plate here and for some reason the Kalbi plate is cheaper here than Mililani where we live. The ambiance the place makes you feel like you are welcomed and on vacation. We just happened to be working nearby so we definitely will be back here when we come to Kailua!

This hands down has to be my favorite place to go in Kailua now! So, right after the Super Bowl, we know the place would have cleared out. We had Krystal, who was so nice & sweet & had the best sense of humor! She memorized our order completely. She did accidentally forget our appetizer (but she also had A LOT of tables so I'm not going to blame her for her to forget one little detail) but she was super awesome & I can't wait to go back! Thank you so much for the awesome customer service, Krystal, & jokes (even after the Super Bowl)!! XOXO

The wood and atmosphere was amazing. The wings extra hot where the perfect temperature. Im from buffalo so i know my wings and this place is pretty dam close to home. The only thing that i wasnt a fan was the wing and the drum where atatched. Not a huge deal breaker it just made for a super messy meal. It kinda added to the fun. So when they say 10 wings they really mean 20. So order wisely!

A great local hangout. You won't see many tourists here. Lots of sports, good food and plenty of beer to select from.
Above the doorway to the outside area there is a black and white photo of Duke Kahanamoku and Babe Ruth. Every time I'm there I always ask the waitress if they know who the two gentlemen in the photo are. I've yet to meet a waitress who knows who the two guys are.

Been hanging at TSK for many years. Ate lot's of wings, and never tried the beef. Had their "Epic Ribeye" last night. From one serious carnivore, I have to admit it: This steak dinner was AWESOME!!!
