Nothing too spectacular about this place. Service was 3.5/5 and food was 3/5. I ordered the centre cut sirloin with mixed veggies and unlimited shrimp. I wanted the garlic herb shrimp but was told they were out and only had the crispy shrimp. My steak was seasoned ok, i have had better. The crispy shrimp was really good with cocktail sauce. I got 4 orders of shrimp to make it feel that I got my money's worth. I think the hype of this place is overrated.

1/2 price apps at bar. Just had a good dinner here. Also enjoyed their half price app menu from 5-7 pm every night. Try the calamari and seared ahi. Service was very attentive.

The staff is very friendly. The food is great, except the rice wasn't fully cooked, but the server was more than helpful to bring us mash potato replacement. Blooming onions are what i get as a great appetizer. Very relaxed atmosphere, and you can choose to dine outdoors if you want to catch a great view of the ocean.

Absolutely in love with this place. The ambience is warm and welcoming. Loved my frozen peach vodka cocktail. Steak was cooked perfectly and I basically polished that Tasmania chilli dish. Special prize to the waitress who was lovely to speak to and very attentive. 5 stars to everything and would love to go back again to try the rest of their menu.

Husband took me here for my birthday. Enjoyed it from the time Nainoa greeted us through the delicious food to the friendly Brayden made us feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing Outback’s. Having both great service and food is a big plus in our books. We will definitely be returning customers when we are in the Kailua Kona area.

We rocked up at 30 min before closing. Doug and the team were kind enough to serve us even though they were closing the kitchen. Being from Sydney, this place felt like home…and comfort food. The bloomin onion petals and the burgers were super delicious and can’t have enough of the honey n Oat bread 🥖 😋

A wonderful friendly and welcoming staff. Our appetizers and beverages were delicious but it’s the staff that will make us regulars. I can honestly say that in my 63 years I have never had a better restaurant staff experience than I did last night. Food is often forgotten….even good food, but kindness makes memories. Thank you for making us feel special.

Came in for our anniversary today and Outback had a special for the Steak and lobster with two sides. I am a member and had got a email about the special. 1st a SUPER PRICE for this wonderful meal. Our server Hokie, aka Shawn could not have been better. We have been on many Cruises and never had a better waiter than we did today or a better dinner. It was just Great, we got great meal with great service. Five stars ✨ ALL THE WAY.

Hoki is awesome and so personable. Made our experience more memorable as I celebrated with my friend my seven year anniversary of moving to Hawaii! Would definitely recommend him and this restaurant. We had delicious steak and lobster 🦞
