The employees are always hard working, busy but still maintain smiles and great attitudes. There pretzel bites are my kids favorite!!! The mini hot dog bites with mustard is a winner… There lemonade is the bomb, always a must when we go… The owner is amazing, pleasant and so sweet always greets with smiles and even hugs. Joshua is an excellent example of a great employee, he’s calm, hardworking and always so helpful, greets everyone coming through the door too!! I’ve been coming to pretzelMaker for years and I will continue to support them. Thank you!

Took the kids in for their favorite snack, it was pretty busy with a line out the door - which was nice to see. Wyatt handled each customer promptly, exceptional customer service! I’m sorry I didn’t get the girls name working with him 11/8 - she was busy the whole time making more pretzels and bites. What a great team!

Shae and Wyatt were really really nice. They help get my food quickly when I told them that I need to catch the bus and even help me remind what time bus leaves. Over all professional, quick and charming people to be around.

Carl greeted us when we walked in, was very friendly and responsive, and the pretzels were great and the strawberry lemonade was awesome. Highly recommend Pretzel maker.😃🤙

Love coming to pretzelmaker ever since i was a little kid and still going till this day. Shae is an excellent worker and is very sweet and friendly. Shae shows a lot of hard work and compassion for the job she is working.
