With our current conditions, the staff was not taking the proper precautions. This staff member was not wearing a mask and only put it on when coming to the window. The woman at the first window didn't even look at me or acknowledge me other than sticking her hand out while talking to another customer. In this current condition, I would of hoped that they at least sanitized my card or something before handing it back. I haven't had many pleasant experiences here. About a year ago, I encountered a few times where I waited at the drive through for 20+ minutes and no one answers late at night. As someone who works for themselves which can lead into the night, this is one of the only food options. Unfortunate. Please do better.

Probably the worst location I’ve been to in multiple states which is unfortunate because it’s the closest to my current home. Wrote to corporate in August 2020 with an email back that was generalized stating I would be contacted and I was valued. Never heard back. Now it’s October 2020. Same store. 10:03pm, same “manager” as my last complaint from August, with a line of cars at least 6-7 deep and no interaction. Sat at the window for 16 minutes. Nobody said anything. Went to first window, nobody in sight. Went to second window, nobody in sight. Called store worried something was wrong or somebody was hurt. No answer. Called 4 more times, 4th time calling got an answer from a recognizable voice of Bennett. Asked if store was open, she states no closed 15-20 minutes asked for what, no reply, asked for her name, states it’s McDonald’s, asked again for her name, she hangs up on me. So disgusted with “customer service” at this store. Literally never seen a business run like this, no care for customers, corporation or store quality

It's hit or miss with the staff. Sometimes they get your order right and are quick about it. Sometimes they take a while to make a simple burger. Then there are the days, and especially the nights, when any order seems impossible for them and it will take 5 minutes to even place your order correctly, another 10 minutes to make food for two people, and then there's a good chance that the condiments are wrong. Once they even forgot to put the burger on my cheeseburger.
