I've been to Johnny swirls on numerous occasions and it's hardly a consistent experience. Depending on who is behind the counter, it can either be bad or pleasant. I've gone when multiple machines were out of commission or being cleaned or a/c was out. It is usually clean though and I like the location hence the three stars.

This place has a bad ant problem.The doors are left open so flies are swarming the topping area. Someone should report this place to a health inspector. Why waste your money here when Kilwins is across the street.

Skip dessert at your restaurant and come here! It's serve yourself ice cream, frozen yogurt and gelato with tons of topping choices. Leave your diet at the door. You pay by weight, so some self control will be necessary. Enjoy!

🤢🐜🦟 EWW!!!BUGS! DISGUSTING! Just went to grab a quick treat for the kids on a rainy day and encountered flies and fruit flies swarming the entire fruit toppings section AND ants crawling all over the whole toppings counter area! We told the employee who barely mumbled anything at us (but he was busy playing on his laptop with his good up anyway so...). Left our yogurt cups on the counter and will NOT go back! I’m so grossed out that my kids might have eaten that stuff🤢🐜🦟
Overpriced is normal for Jupiter but SWARMING BUGS EVERYWHERE?! NOPE!!

The toppings section was infested with ants, flies and other bugs . I told the guy behind the counter. He waved them off and put the toppings back. I just threw my purchase away but at least I didn't eat any bugs.
