Four plates has 4 main dishes on the menu, we ordered the first, a savory and simple chicken potato stew, served with rice. Everything was a huge portion, the staff were friendly and happy to answer questions. The dish was well seasoned, but didn’t have the intense flavors/spice of Mexican food, the potatoes and chicken were tender. We also had a Caesar salad (huge amount of salad) and a churro for dessert, all of which I would recommend. I had no expectations and left very full and happy!

We had a two hour layover in Juneau so we thought to walk somewhere for lunch. Took about ten minutes to walk there but was worth it. The bacon empanada was phenomenal. I assume it's a new item because it wasn't on the menu but it probably will be soon. I also had the chicken stew thing and that was so flavorful and delicious. Definitely going there again next time I fly through.

This is an interesting and good little restaurant. Interesting because of the Peruvian dishes on the menu. Not that many Peruvian resturants in Alaska. Good because the food is very tasty. Tried the steak and pasta. Both were way above average. Also tried some beans from another entree and they were perfect. Staff was also very attentive. This place is a hidden gem.

When traveling for business I'm always looking for something other than burgers or pizza. In Juneau, in the winter, options are slim but in was pleasantly surprised to find a Peruvian restaurant! I had the Saltado - it was fabulous. The fries with the rice was strange, but that's how they do it and it was good! I will be eating here again next time I'm in town.

The food is quite tasty. The Peruvian empanadas has a flavorful filling, but the crust is guey instead of crumbly and flaky. Their chicken, potatoes, rice or the pork, beans, rice are very filling and good, leaving no room for dessert. Their portions are huge, recommend you agree on one entree to share for two or three people. We had to get a couple of take away boxes as we couldn't finish. They have a Peruvian pork sandwich made with a deep fried pork was very disappointing. The pork was dry, tough, overcooked, I wanted to send it back, but when asked how I liked their food, I told told them I didn't. The woman who cooked the food offered to redo it.

All the food was flavorful. We especially enjoyed the empanadas. Service was great, prices and serving sizes good. My only complaint is that the food all needed to be hot, not warm.

The service was amazing, and the food was unexpectedly delicious. The bacon empanada is to die for! I didn't experience anything here I didn't like. Perfect! Exactly what I want when I dine in.

Their bacon Empanada is award winning and meets the their award. The ham and cheese was not so great. ( like it was heated a few times, pastry was to hard to bite though.
