My husband is a truck driver and we don’t always have access to a Dairy Queen so we were looking forward to a large Tropical Blizard. The boy (blonde hair) who was just there said it’s not on the menu. I said other DQs just add bananas, pineapple & nuts, can you do that? He said NO! I would have asked for a manager but our time was up (30min reset) but I think this DQ should know that this boy lost a sale for your store.

It's never open when you walk in to that truck stop and when you do, the service is so slow you wish you hadn't even left the turnpike to go in. I just want a freaking Orange Julius.....

Dairy Queen is great across the USA except for this one location. Selection is very limited and the service was marginal.

Forgot my debit card at home so went back to get it then came back and ordered and they didn’t give me fresh food they used the same food! Oh and not to mention they threw my sandwich in the warmer to warm it up so my tomato was VERY nasty along with my lettuce! Very unhappy and will not be going back!

Prices a little high do to being in truck stop but service very good. What can you say during summer ice cream always taste good.
