I really like this place.. they hire a lot of young people and give them opportunity, the manager has handed out turkey for people in need, the people are always nice! They are in a little bit of an awkward location ! By the way don't forget your military discount ... That is if you don't use the McDonald's app, they need to get that one issue fixed ASAP!!!

Just stopped in for an afternoon snack. A customized $1 McChicken Sandwich & a small Caramel Frappe that I ordered from the app & went inside to eat. It was great , now I off & running / driving again.

Lobby was open so I walked in. After a few minutes of waiting I was told I had to go order out in the window. I told em I’m a truck driver but the women insisted I had to wait outside in line with the cars. What a joke I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Horrible service. I was there on 8.31.19 and 9.1.19. They have no idea how to make a Big Mac, first visit there was nothing between the top and center bun. We caught this in the parking lot so it was laughable and they corrected it.
On the 2nd visit we get our food and went home to find that they once again messed up the big mac. This time no center bun at all and single meat patties on both sandwiches. I call the store and talk to the manager, he request I return the food so they can remake it. Keep in mind I live in Neosho, so that drive time... I run it back to the store just to be told they are going to remake them with quarter pounder buns since they dont have Big Mac buns and I get 2 free pies.... serious slap in the face for my gas and time the customer service sucks and how do you not know how to make a Big Mac.

We ordered breakfast before heading back to Oklahoma and it was a very pleasant encounter! The staff was welcoming and our food was prepared quickly and it was hot.

I rate three stars because my intention of stopping was to use the restroom. I walked up to the door and it was locked. I tried the other door on the other side of the building and it was also locked. I saw someone outside that work there and ask why the doors were locked and they said they didn't have enough workers to open the store that the drive-thru was the only availability for now. Very disappointing. We went through the drive-thru and the service was excellent. And the strawberry cream pie was extremely hot and fresh. The tea was awesome! But that did not relieve my intensely full bladder.
