This place needs all new staff, from management on down except for two servers who are fantastic. One server stands at the table and rattles on about stuff no one cares about and interrupt conversations at the table. Been here several times over the past few weeks as it's unfortunately one of the very few places open 24 hours and I work overnights. Extremely slow service, ordered chicken tenders and they were raw, ordered french toast and it was burnt black, no blue cheese dressing.

Joplin Mo. 4people. After we got sat, hostess(?) manager (?) at a dirty table with sticky and crumbs on the seats that got on my friends pants. server forgot about us. Took 10 minutes just to get drink order and another 10 just to get drinks. Food arrived via food runner (?) expo person (?) while waitstaff chatted at the computer terminal. All was cold and inedible EXCEPT my boyfriends Country Fried Steak. Which I know takes the longest to cook so everything else probably sat in a window dying until that was done cooking. Had to ask for silverware. Then had to ask for condiments more than once. Overall a HORRIBLE experience. And WAY too overpriced. $3.50 for a soda. $17 for a CFS breakfast. I can get a REAL steak across the street at the steakhouse for that price that is prepared and looks 1000x better than this. I’ve eaten at greasy spoon diners that cost 1/2 the price and tasted WAY better with exceptional service. I’m actually surprised this location is still open. It’s no surprise there was empty seats at noon on a Sunday afternoon. That should have been our first clue. No wait. Never again.

This IHOP had very friendly service however the food was not prepared quite as well as what I have come to expect at other locations. This experience left me a little disappointed.

I came to IHOP today for the free pancakes for National Pancake Day and they were delicious! This IHOP is much better than ones I've been to in other states. The Hoppy Hour menu also had some great deals. The service was fast and friendly. Thanks for the free short stack!

It took a long time to receive service and it's overly priced food. $65.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids kinda crazy for what food and service we received. Never did get refills on our drinks cause our waitress didn't come back until it was check time.

The waitress took over 20 minutes to come take our order and then was rude when she took it. Horrible customer service! The place is filthy! Their booth walls are covered in hair, dust, food and handprints. The food was mediocre. Not much of an appetite after looking around at all the filth on the walls, floors and booth seats. Hopefully they can improve because IHOP is a hard one to pass up for breakfast before an outing.

The server was very polite and friendly as she brought out our cold and crispy pancakes, old and rubbery eggs, nearly frigid browns, and semi cooked meat. Not to mention my side order of toast which was 3/4 of a slice of bread definitely a must eat for any 2:00 a.m. half drunk person leaving the nightclubs

This IHOP is sad. While almost always understaffed, the staff they do have will absolutely go out of their way to ignore you completely upon entrance to the restaurant. I'm talking IGNORE, like look-you-directly-in-your-eyes-and-intentionally-walk-the-other-way kind of ignore. Usually understaffed in the kitchen too, so meals come out of the kitchen and to your table very slowly... A snail in a chef's hat might have your pancakes ready faster than this IHOP. Given the nobody-wants-to-be-here attitude of the staff, the lack of urgency presented by staff to ensure patrons are properly serviced, along with the super slow pace of just GETTING the food.... I have to give this place a low rating. 2 stars for the food, and the food alone. It's delicious, once it finally gets to your table.
