Burger King

Sadly, we were unable to place an order or remain in the restaurant. Prior to a evening of movies at a nearby theater we stopped in for a meal and to allow the kids to play in the Playland. We walked in the door and was accosted by thick smoke and overwhelming heat. It was explained that the air conditioning had been broken for nearly a week and the grill had "over cooked" some patties, thus the smoke. There were no doors open, no fans and the employees seemed unconcerned with the situation. We had our meal elsewhere.

Worst burger King ever !!!, I brought the 5 for 4 , and let me explain the bun was super dry, fries were stale, the cookies were the worst of the meal, it tasted like they were left to expire,they were hard. I had to throw them away, my dr.pepper had no ice in it all, also they did not include no condements in the bag. Never again. Save your money and head over to wendy's for your 4 for 4.

Let's just say, A group of 8 friends and I came to this EMPTY restaurant after school to get a bite to eat when 4 of us decided to not eat and sit with them. As the other 4 were getting the food, this gorilla (Or the manager lady, not sure) came out of no where asking us "Who y'all wit" as she smacked on her chips. We said we're with friends who are ordering but she COMPLETELY ignored that and started getting disrespectful, as I think she was hungry as she was vigorously eating them chips. She then THREATENED to call the cops on us? Talk about good customer service. We got out the restaurant and waited in the heat. I was gonna call animal control because theres a wild one loose.

errible customer service The place is a running down dump and it was okay because they had good employees till this evening i went down there today and this employee named Ladesha was super rude like she didnt want to be there. If u dont want to work then quit and stop being such a rude as hell person. Burger king better do something about her before she loses customers for them. What restuarant has only one printer and if it isnt working then customers wont get a receipt. I m never going there again. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

1/5/2015 on the way to work I wanted to try the Yumbo sandwich 2 for $5.00 deal. I ordered 2 yumbo's the girl that took my order spoke so fast I couldn't hear the price quoted, I get to the window to pay and still can't understand her. I was over charged and got no receipt to add here. I was charged $5.57 Not the deal that I was expecting. Bad business Burger King. A disappointed customer.
