Sonic Drive-in

You would think they could get the order correct for a person that's practicing the keto way of eating. Funny thing is every other sonic I've ever been to will put the stuff on it that I want... New review July 22nd 2018 if someone Stops and someone I can they order a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger and a 1/2 guard you about putting The mustard and pickle on the sandwich because there's no bun and then they fail to put the bacon on the supersonic bacon double cheeseburger what part of Common Sense and brain cells are missing Please management please get your employees Straightened out!

They are friendly,that's for sure and they trying hard to get everything right and even when they make mistakes they try to reimburse you. The reason why I give only 3 stars is that they get orders wrong plenty times lol and sometimes they don't reimburse you for that at all ( free drink or snack) specially when you had to wait for a long time and your order is finally coming and you have to send it back cause it's completely wrong and you wait again. I would say the issue is that there are many new employees all the time. They sure could use more trained staff but that is a Sonic issue for those who are responsible like management not the little employee itself I guess. But in general they are way better then many other Sonic facilities I visited.
