Ihop

The only good thing about this restaurant was the food... But it's really hard to mess up Breakfast... So, the restaurant was well-kept and had a nice feel. The service was mediocre at best. I can't stand when my server isn't attentive enough to refill my drink... Our's was that. It took way too long to receive our meal and my pancakes came out as silver dollars... I can't understood what the problem was since we were my servers only patrons was my table, but she just seemed too busy for her one table. The only redeemable quality she had was her attitude, she was bubbly and graceful and generally excited about life. If you can skip it, do... if it's your only IHOP, hopefully it doesn't take an hour and a half to get food.

This location is extremely slow, entryway dirty, and lacked customer service. I ordered my food around 9:30 p.m online, it was to be ready at 10. I gave them a little extra time and got there at 10:15. Upon arrival there was no one at the front counter and I could hear a woman in the kitchen talking loudly about a man liking her. Fast forward 20 mins later she came out, I asked about my order, she said she would check. Mind you I had a family meal and extras around $55-60. 10 minutes later she brought this small bag out and I told her that was not all. I saw the cook come out and look at tickets. Another 10 mins went by and still no food and no contact. I ended up leaving because I was not going to wait there all night. They had 1 family dining in and maybe 2 other people dining in, so no excuse for the long wait time. I will never return and have the mind to contact corporate. No stars!

We really enjoyed our breakfast this morning. Our server Antwan w/ the glasses did an amazing job. His service was exceptional from the time we walked through the door until it was time for us to leave. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He was the only server in there and he handled things like a BOSS. Good job!

So after reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about coming to this location. The reviews were correct unfortunately. I placed an order online for pick up at 11am, order was supposed to be ready by 11:19am but I got there by 11:35am... it was a bunch of people waiting to be seated and online orders waiting for pick up. When I got to the host, I was told it was an wait because they were short staffed. I looked around the entrance area and saw dead flys on the window seal and the restaurant had a weird odor. A woman was waiting for a doordash order over an hour and a half. I got what I thought was my order around 11:45am but before I can check it someone came out and said it was not mine. When I got home, the food was ok, was missing a ingredient.

It's crazy on Saturday mornings to dine in, take out or dash. The place was packed, saw a couple people dissatisfied with their wait times. 1 party of 14 took forever. I was here today picking up dasher food. The wait was way longer than expected. It seemed very chaotic. It's hard to provide quality service when you are not fully staffed, we get that. Just understand the # of staff needed on specific days.
