They messed up a order and after one mgr said they would replace the whole order. I got there to get it and the main mgr only wanted to replace part of it. She replaced it all but wasn't very nice about it. I love there fish, but there customer service will keep me from going there. At least the one in Jonesboro Ark.

I was served a nice little container of food-poisoning-waiting-to-happen in the form of some spoiled coleslaw that came with a fish dinner I ordered at the drive-thru. Luckily the slimy texture of the coleslaw immediately kicked in my gag reflex before I could swallow any of it. The cabbage had a slightly brown tint to it and looked wilted, and the mayo looked partially clabbered and oddly thin in consistency simultaneously. Because I was just passing through on a road trip and was already 15 miles down the road before making this realization, I wasn't about to turn around and go back to complain. It will, however, be the last time I eat at this location.
