Pizza Hut

When I picked up my order I had to wait at the window for my wings to be cooked. My pizza was cold when they gave it to because waiting on wings to be cooked. And the wrong toppings were put on one of my large pizzas. I don't know what was going on tonight but I'm usually satisfied. Tonight was not the night. SMH

Ordered two pizzas last night. Took well over an hour to get here. The pizza was cold and had the consistency of cardboard. The 'wings' were awful. The delivery guy instead of waiting for a tip just assumed we'd tip him and didnt even offer to give us our change. If I could give our experience zero stars I absolutely would. Will not be ordering from this pizza hut again.

Made a call in order online. They call me back and say that they're out of the topping I wanted. No problem, I chose something else, but they were also out of that. Okay well kind of irritating, but it happens. I go to the drive thru window and they didn't even talk to me for 10 minutes while I'm looking at them standing right by the window. Ring the bell twice, and nothing. They finally hand me my pizza and the box felt kind of weird. I get a better look in the light when I got home, and half the pizza is wet like it sat in the bathtub for a minute. Very annoying. Probably a better bet to get food somewhere else.

You know its sad when every other pizza place here in Jonesboro is faster at getting your pizza to ya when you order online for delivery I ordered pizza at 8pm and here it is 9:40pm pizza is so cold and doesn't have all the typing i selected and Cinnamon breadsticks are cold im highly disappointed never again will I be ordering here again 🤬
