My girlfriend likes a egg McMuffin from McDonald's he loves them but I always take her there

The closest McDonald to my house. I always order a bagel Sandwich there each time because it's my favorite sandwich to eat. The only thing that bothers me is that they keep sending out burnt bagels each time like im not gonna taste it. If I'm paying almost 6 dollars for a sandwich at least don't burn my bagel. This is just a mess no other McDonald's around Joliet does this

To critique the menu at this point doesn't seem productive as it's pretty much the same at every McDonald's, but what does separate the good from the bad is the service & this McDonald's has quality menu board speaker and counter service

No food available at McDonalds? "Management" refuses to cook anything so whenever she is the only one there, you can only get drinks, from McDonalds. I work overnights so when I go it is usually after midnight and this has happened at least 4 times to me personally, I do not understand how the owner allows this.

Absolutely terrible! Shorted me a large fry, No napkins, shorted a straw, and no buffalo sauce. Food was half warm. Was in a hurry so couldnt turn back. Wont go back again
