Have eaten here several times and never disappointed! Great food selection with lots of flavor and friendly staff! Even the picky teenage son loved the food! Highly recommend!

This was my first time at the restaurant! The owners were fabulous and made excellent recommendations for food choices! The Hibiscus taco was out of this world and the watermelon margaritas were the best I've ever had! My husband said the food was fantastic and wants to go back tomorrow! I absolutely highly recommend this place!

A very welcome and different Joliet taco joint. There are plenty of taco joints in Joliet, and some are very good. But all seem to lack imagination and hardly differentiate themselves from one other. Enter Blue Taco. This place is all about flavors and color, and they nail it. I've eaten here 4 times now and every time they blow my mind. I just had their Jerk taco - AMAZING! Just try one and you'll see what I'm talking about. The Cuban is also tasty. I go there anytime I can and always talk them up to my family and friends. The only negative I can think of is their weekend hours. But that's more of an issue with the downtown Joliet area, which is dead after work hours. But I hope that establishments like Blue Taco can help revive Joliet's downtown scene.

I stopped by this afternoon for a quick lunch. What I witnessed was a compassionate and caring owner. The customer before me was clearly homeless. But the owner treated him with the same respect and dignity of every other patron. It is this level of kindness that the world needs. This act, coupled with the diverse menu of delicious tacos and rice bowls will keep me a patron for years to come. I look forward to the next time I forget my lunch at home so that I may again enjoy your delicious offerings. Continue to be a bright light in this world.

best tacos ever! Huge portions, very reasonable prices and the two nicest human beings ever as owners. What more can you ask for? LOVE BLUE TACO!!! Try the Cuban its to die for

I love this place. The first time I was a little disappointed because they ran out of the blue shells but the flavors more than made up for it. I always have to try a couple different things. I think the Asian is my favorite so far but the sauce is sweet, so some might not like it. I also like the Cuban with pickled honey mustard. I like that you can pick the meat on most. The pork belly is always good. You can also get a bowl which is in a styrofoam container with rice instead of a shell and about the equivalent of 3 tacos. Everything is a good fusion of flavors. I wish that they were open longer that 11-2 (no weekends) but if you watch their Facebook page occasionally they are open late.
