Dunkin'

I used to frequent this location over the summer, but with their remodel something must've gotten lost as far as listening to a customer. They do not type everything into the computer as you order it, because they are too busy doing something else, so when you get to the window 90% of the time the amount is incorrect and they still try and rush you with next to no friendliness. Then when you ask about the missing items, they throw it together super quickly and claim to have added the sugars or syrups requested when in fact they treat it like an assembly line and it is more basic than a fast food iced coffee. Not worth it whatsoever and they lost a daily customer after many times of trying to fix repeated mistakes

Man, I moved to the other side of town for a short time....im dying man. I NEEEEEED the Chicago St Dunkin Coffee! Most consistent Coffee served from a Dunkin ive had, and as the employees at this location know....I am a CoffeHolic. Easily the most well ran Dunkin in town from my perspective. Employees go above and beyond.
