Subway

Good luck if you don't speak Spanish because they don't speak English. They can't understand you. They tried charging me 4 dollars for a 2.19 cent soda. I ordered through them to have them drop of my one sandwich. It was Doordash that delivers and I went through Subways app not Doordash. The driver delivered to the wrong house. I called them up stating I never recieved My order. The woman couldn't even understand what I was saying. She then hung up. She also answered the phone very unprofessional. I then called again and got a man. He was also very bad at English. He said to come in and he will make a new one is what I kinda got out of it. I get there He did make me a new one. While I waited I grabbed a large soda. He finished making it and thought we where through I was going to pay for the soda but I also said where is the rest of the money you owe me from Doordash. I paid a tip and also had to pay a service charge that I never got. He said with the drink where even. I said owe no we are not I said you owe me 4 dollars the large drink is 2.19. So he was going to rip me off. I said I want the rest of them money you guys owe me. He called the manager or owner or something and I talked to two people through there phone. He said I have to call doordash to get my money back. I ordered threw subway not doordash it shouldn't me my responsibility to call them. They never gave me no money back. I will never ever go to subway again. Unless you speak Spanish in an English speaking country I guess you may be ok ok. No customer skills and or service they never resolved my issue. I'm out money. Don't go Herr there useless.

This location seems to barely ever participate in Subway promotions (BOGO/2 for 10). They currently have a sign up for one promotion though....that expired back in April, per the date on the graphic and according to the employee. The couple times I’ve been there they’ve lacked cookies during the day, limited bread selection, and veggies looked like they’ve been sitting out. I’ll stick with another location from now on.

Depending on the employee taking care of you, your experience here can vary. However, all in all I have to give them five stars. I was very disappointed in this location for a little while due to an employee that seemed as which was only there about a week or so. He shorted me $10 on my change and when I brought this up to him, he acted as if I was the thief. It was obvious what he did as every other employee keeps your money on top of the register tray until you accept your change and then they put your money in the appropriate place within the tray. Standard practice in utilizing a cash register - provides a layer of back up and protection for both the employee and the customer. This is the only employee that has ever taken my money first and put it directly into the appropriate slots before giving me my change, which as aforementioned, was$10 short. Obvious what he did, of course he is not going to admit it. However, every single other experience I've ever had at this Subway has been excellent. And, the aforementioned employee has not been seen for a while. He was probably only there maybe a couple of weeks. Either that, or I just keep missing him which is fine with me. There is another young man that works there that is very good at his job. He has been at this location quite a while now. He has the ability to continue doing his job without hesitation while simultaneously keeping up his end of the conversation.. He cares both about what he is doing and your satisfaction. He is a credit not only to this Subway location, but also to his generation as a whole. You can tell by speaking with him that he is a young man that ihs going to go places by his own efforts. Okay, I'm going to stop now as if you have read through this entire rant, this Subway location is probably closed for the evening by now. Seriously however, this Subway does stand out as a better one of the multiple locations I visited.
