Little Caesars

We always call our order in so it will be ready the pizza is always nice and hot. My granddaughter enjoys the cheese as well as pepperoni stuff crust pizza and the cheesy bread. The lobby is always nice and clean I just wish they would give out parmesan cheese and crushed peppers in the packets rather than trying to sell you a whole bottle. I would recommend to family and friends

Ordered pizza for the family and did the portal pick up. We were told that our pizza was ready and checked that it was correct. The pizza was cold and the order was incorrect. When called and ask for the issue to be correct the person who answered the phone and the manager refused to do anything. We even offer to order something else through door dash so they could correct the mistake and send us the right order and they refused. The manager tried to tell us it was my fault the order was wrong and that they did not complete our order. I will not use this store again and urge people to use the other one in Joliet instead.

Do not go here! Customer service was horrible. Pizza was cold and was not given any of the sauces I ordered even ones I paid extra for. The manager refused to give a refund. Stating she can only do a full refund and will not be doing that because of a few sauces. Stated if I wanted the sauces I could come back and pick them up otherwise there isn’t anything she can do for me.
