Yes if there was a lower option than one star I would choose that. I went in to get four packs of American Spirits and was denied use of the dollar off coupons that come in the pack. The lady with red hair works overnights told me that they stopped accepting coupons back when they became $7 a pack. Funny that she wouldn't even scan one to show me that, that was true it's pretty obvious she was just deciding to be standoffish. Could the owners or managers please explain why that would be the case. I'll be contacting American Spirits directly.

I always have great experiences at this store, but I just want to give a shout out to Shirley! She is so sweet and kind and works so hard, this store is lucky to have her! The world needs more people like Shirley!

Michelle works here and made my morning! She asked for my name, what I was doing, and was just very optimistic and helpful. She also says she loves working with 7-11 and that they take great care of her. The world needs more people like Michelle!

Said they couldn't do a money order with a credit card. Then they said there was only a limit of $10 cash back if you use a card. Then after the transaction she says that cash back isn't available. Literally went to the next 7-Eleven and got a money order with my card.

One of the worst 7-Eleven’s I’ve ever been to they didn’t even have any unburnt hotdogs or to Quito’s on the roller Grill at 7 o’clock all the other food that was stocked on the shelf was the last pickings who does inventory? I don’t know but I do know I didn’t spend $50 in gas and money on food I went somewhere else
