Fox's Pizza Den

They constantly close before the hours stated. I just called to order, they close at nine....when I called they said they were done for the night and that they had been for 2 hours, " That is just what they do sometimes." How can you run a businesses like that? I do give 2 stars, because the people and nice and the food is good, but they are not dependable. I will not be ordering from this foxes again.

Tried placing an order. It was like I was speaking a foreign language. I'm ordering exactly what was on the "menu." Quotes because it's impossible to find their store menu online. Anyway, my order was placed, and the woman called back twice. First to say the order would be delivered 40 minutes later than initially stated. The second time she called, I didn't even give her a chance to explain anything. I wanted my order canceled. I called Richland and had ZERO problems. Order was placed and even came out to be cheaper. Avoid Westmont!!!

I only gave it one star because I can't give either zero. I called & order a pizza with two toppings, which there toppings can run kind of expensive. I got a call back to tell me the employee who took my order forgot to ring in a topping & I would either have to pay cash or take it as is because I paid with a card & they couldn't get back into the check. I told them I don't have any cash on me & asked if they really couldn't just fix it. The manager was extremely rude with me & hung up on me twice & she refused to give me her name. Don't recommend them to anyone.

Every time I order they either get our order wrong or the food is super soggy!! Always takes over an hour and a half to even get it to us. Super disappointing , if you want GOOD food.. Go somewhere else this place donks. (Yes I've eaten there more than once, trying to give it another chance and it never gets any better, tried now 4 times since 2014. managers are rude, staff very dirty/rude..)
