Good place to take the kids. My niece had a blast, I have a love/hate relationship with the card instead of the token idea. The scan process seemed to actually slow us down a bit. Had to fight to get it to scan it seemed. I spent $21 for an hour of fun and it seemed worth it to me.

We always had the girl's birthdays there but we just did the pop ins, they're great, always have good deals. This year we reserved and had their cake, which was sooo good, they were very busy but still able to accommodate in a pretty timely manner. They have lots of new games so there's more appropriate stuff for a bigger range in ages. Our hostess was fantastic and very polite. Definitely recommend and will continue to go back.

Clean atmosphere. They swiched tokens to amount of time you can unlimited play which gives a better chance at more tickets. The food is usually very good this time I went the pizza had seamed like it was pre cooked before I ordered it. So it was not up to par for me. The machines all worked and overall had a great time.

My 2 year old daughter has a blast. She loves playing all the games,winning tickets and getting prizes. The Family atmosphere is very nice and the food is great, I would however suggest better prizes for the vast amount of tickets the kids must collect, or increasing the token/ money exchange rate. I guess in the end my opinion doesn't matter, as long as my daughter walks out smiling.

I like to bring my granddaughter, who is 2. The age many games and rides that fit kids that size. The food is alright with the salad bar that had many choices. The best part was watching my girl interact with chuck e cheese

I just love Chuck E. Cheese!! The employees are super friendly and the place is so much fun!! There are lots of games for the kids to enjoy. They are also great with children with disabilities. Also, the parties are spectacular!! An easy 10/10!!

The updated playpass is a very nice way for your kids to enjoy themselves versus having cups full of coins. Also nice being able to purchase minutes of playtime. A very nice update to an outdated system.

Kids love it. Pizza, soft drinks, animatronics that have never gone Five Nights at Freddie's as far as I am aware. What isn't to enjoy?
This location has more ticket exchangers that actually work than all of Kennywood. The staff here is very friendly, and the kids had a great time.
The restrooms are kept clean, and the pizza was surprisingly good.
No beer unfortunately, but that's a small price to pay for all the smiling five year olds!
