China Cafe

I am very disappointed in this China Cafe. I will never go back here again. I don’t do reviews but I feel that this one is necessary. I recently ordered an online order through my hometown China Cafe. As to completing my order it said that the pick up was an hour away from me. As we found this mistake we hurried and called to tell them what happened that the website directed us to their website instead of our hometown cafe. The manager answered the phone very rudely. Then continues to say that they are unable to refund our money due to the food already being done. Which there is no way since we ordered a $50 worth of food in a matter of seconds. Yes it is a mistake from my hometown website but also there is no reason to disrespect a customer. I’m very disappointed and hope they are not rude to any other client. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I rate this 0 out of 5

Food was delicious! Called at 6:53 with an estimate of a 40-45 minute wait. Arrived after 45 minutes and was told it would be another 15 minutes. It was 8:05 by the time we got our food. The guy running the counter and cash register was high and slow to respond. Other customers were coming in and getting their food while three other people were sitting with me waiting for over 20 minutes. Very unhappy with their service tonight. One star is for the food and the other star is because you cannot give zero stars.

someone doesn't know how to cook their own dish ordered kung pao chicken and got an entire container of celery with a tiny amount of chicken and Mongolian beef with nothing but onion and a tiny amount of beef no other vegetables and every other dish was horrible paid $60 for stuff we could have made at home

Every detail from presentation, the seasoning, the service, quality of the food, was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection, the melody of flavors will make lift your spirits. The wonton soup, the best I have ever had in America. Very authentic with a hint of americanized. I highly recommend this restaurant. The price for my meal was $10 and gladly would have paid 50% more. This is a must try!!!! Well done.

In comparison to chopsticks down the street it comes in second. The portions were there however, just not enough meat in my opinion. Still the lunch menu is under the $10 mark and I would eat here again and stick to the sweet and sour chicken on the lunch menu. You can see in the photo how many carrots filled the plate.
