Chuck E. Cheese

As our son's Spring Break draws to a close (and because he worked so hard on his midterms, and all of his daily classwork, being so mature and responsible), we wanted to close out the week with a party to celebrate HIM! Thank you to the staff, and the food was delicious, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our time together at this Chuck E Cheese (and it was extremely clean, especially considering how busy they were)! The staff went out of their way to assist us, so the service was above and beyond exceptional... THANK YOU!!! ❤️🎉🥰

I've been to lots of Chuck E Cheese's but this is by far one of my favorites! The games all work, Chuck E is always in pretty good condition, and the atmosphere is great! All of the employees are super nice and the food is actually really good! I grew up with this restaurant and its still super nostalgic to me today. I'm a teen now and even me and my friends have a lot fun here lol. Overall, its just a great Chuck E Cheese that will always have a soft spot in my heart. :)

Absolutely love this place! My kids love it and that's what makes me love it the most! We have the best time here and we get everything we can get when we are there bc it's just so fun! The cards having a pause thing is pretty cool. The stamp on your family's hand thing is a little weird for a restaurant but at the same time, I get it. It's your business, your rules. You may put a stamp on me and my family, however it is my kids and my rules so, Just understand when I leave the restaurant, rather your wet stamp matches my kids and I or not, I will be leaving with my kids just like I came in with my kids. We love Chuck E Cheese and we hope to always have a good experience when entering and exiting . Everything else is awesome!!!!! 100%%%% People are awesome, food is awesome. Love it.

Had my sons 2nd birthday party here and it was amazing! All the kids AND adults had a blast. Our host was Maddy and she went above and beyond for us. I made sure to tell her she did awesome. The price was so cheap to have such a great stress free party. I never write reviews but this was well deserved!

Normally we have had pretty good experiences here, as we go several times each year. We had already been 4 times within 6 months. I will also add that at each visit we at least spend $75-$80 including food, drinks and game cards. However, we went this past Saturday and the lady at the main entrance immediately spotted that I was carrying in a food bag and stopped me and said very rudely that they do not accept outside food. Granted, part of me understands that, but I have Celiac Disease and I require gluten free food and it was not the first time I’ve been there with a bag of gluten free food prepared from another local restaurant. So we left. My family will not go again based on someone telling me what we can’t do in terms of carrying an innocent bag of nachos in for me to eat, which would not have taken away any sales from Chuck E Cheese itself. We still would have spent the same amount despite my special diet. I would also like to add, when you are in customer service and especially a restaurant mainly catering to the younger generation, you have to be kind and friendly and approachable. Wearing scary makeup and having a terrible personality is just not acceptable. Just something to think about in my opinion. Really hated this happened to my family and I.
