The lady doing the drive thru was very nice. She let us try D's sauce before giving us a lot. The food was delicious. It was our first time trying Captain D's. Very pleased and will be back. Price you would expect to pay for good fish.

The food was good. Friendly staff. Had a call in with an item not available at the moment. The lady working took it into her own hands and fixed the issue before we arrived for pickup. Calling and apologizing for the issue and suggesting a replacement which was also made fresh and only took a few additional minutes to prepare and we were on our way with nearly no delay. Great place for good food and better service. Thank you. We will be back.

Terrible customer service!!
They can't fix a order that they messed up 2 times in a row because "it's too big of a order".
It wasn't to big when I was paying them to mess my food up for a second time. Will never go back. They are all rude from the manager to the one working the window.

Suuuuper great service!!!! My husband and I just literally went here and they were so sweet. Amazing service and very friendly. I was so pleased!! I spent forever deciding their delicious menu and while I was so picky and just so much good food to order. They still answered every single question I had and sent me home with plates and all!! Highly recommended. Also watch for your monthly coupons! Great deals!

We can't believe our food from here we spend easy$30 and we ordered funnel cake sticks and you should see the poor things NO SUGAR AT ALL I HAVE A PICTURE OF THEM, we will NEVER EVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER FOR THAT mATTER AND OUR FOOD LOOKED LIKE IT WAS DUMPED INTO OUR CONTAINERs dry as hell and no flavor so hands down I would have gave no stars!! This was the sorriest food we ever ate the one in Jonesboro ugh tn is alot better service and food so take the extra time and go to the Jonesborough one at least our window guy said thank u for the screwing we got😤😠🤬

Wasn't sure if the dining room was open, or the place all together, as there were no obvious customers, but we did park, eat in, etc. The staff of two were nice, but the Captain seems awfully expensive for what one gets on the plate

We always love captain ds but this time in particular I had decided to order online for pickup later I'm in day but the website had told their system I was picking it up at the time I placed the order which was incorrect
