This is probably the best Charley’s in the area. The food is always fresh and hot and made to order. You can tell they take pride in this Charley’s. It is always super clean and the staff is always super friendly and very helpful when ordering. They get your food out quick.

They refused to serve a combat veteran with my service dog. Just because I didn't put her vest on her. The manager wouldn't listen to me he just kept talking and pushing me out of the store. He didn't push me with his hands buy just kept walking towards the door. I tried to tell him the rules but he didn't care. Just because he doesn't know the laws about service animals doesn't mean he's right. I will never eat at Charlie's cheese steak ever again!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this business. The owner was very disrespectful and not understanding to the situation. I placed an order and there was a mix up on the store side. Nothing was done and I got no food that I paid for even when I had paid and had a receipt. The owner said and I quote if it doesn’t come across this screen I don’t make it. Well you don’t make the food anyways the employees do. This man has no clue what customer service is or should be. Please heed these warnings and do not patron this restaurant

Kudos to this place. I had a little trouble getting through on the phone but when I eventually did the person that took my order was very friendly. Also very friendly when picking up my order. It was my first time at Charley's. I was very pleasantly surprised, I ordered the club and the Italian sub and they were both very delicious. I'll definitely go back

False advertising, not the number 1 in the world , takes forever, think chopped meat , rolls can't come close to Philadelphia steaks. In Philly lines around the block , it takes minutes , large homemade Italian rolls , actual seasoned thick chunk steaks you have to chew . This shouldn't be saying number 1 in the world or even called a philly

Hadn't been pleased so stopped eating here years ago. Gave them a try today and SO GLAD. It was AWESOME!! And the staff was GREAT. Wonderful service, great food and 3 💯 food scores. I'll be back for more. You can count on me to be back sooner than later. Recommend

I've always been a fan of philly cheese steaks and was excited when my girlfriend suggested this particular restaurant, as I've never tried it before. We ordered our food and headed our way. She got a chicken teriyaki sandwich with bacon/cheese fries and I got the original philly cheese steak with cheese fries.
After a fifteen minute drive home we dig in and find that our fries are plain, no cheese or bacon on them. Paying almost $6 for two boxes of plain fries was very underwhelming. The sandwich, however, was amazing, and that's probably the only reason I would go back.
First impressions are everything guys, be more careful.
