Long John Silver's

Every single time my husband and I eat here I swear it gets better and better! I always get the same every single time I eat here...the 3 piece chicken planks meal...the only downside is that it doesn't come with a drink, and you must order a drink separately..which costs $2.30...in my opinion it's a little steep but the food is always hot and fresh! Just wish drinks came with the meals.. The cashier on Friday evening was very polite and even got our food out fast and the cook knew my husband! We ate in, which you can do now as well..I've never ever done drive thru, so I don't know about that... We always eat in.. Also, the bathroom was clean and crisp..kinda almost chilly..but it was clean!! Also, the hushpuppies as always were super duper yummy!!

Your restaurant General manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. My order came home wrong, and I did I send someone to pick food up for me, but they read my order word for word off of a screen, and this general manager proceeded to argue with me, almost wouldn't even replace or refund it for me. When I expressed I was upset bc I didn't want to eat what they sent instead, she said she would exchange it for for a 10 cent upcharge (which is ridiculous) but still I said that's fine.I sent them back to get the corrected order, and she was still argumentive with them about the order and told them they ordered wrong. The Manger then tried to not do a replacement again, bc my card wasn't present, then told my associate that she's just gonna do it bc she was "over it" It was completely ridiculous that she couldn't simply just correct the mistake and apologize for the inconveniences. I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior coming from a general Manager. I would HIGHLY reconsider the position for someone more customer friendly bc that was just all around unpleasant. I will not be eating with you guys again as I'm sure you can imagine.

Me and my mom stopped in coming back from doctor and got a plate and ordered a few plates to take home after we got done eating inside.After finishing our plates mom went to get the plates she ordered and there was a new employee at cash register that was on lunch break when we arrived.Anyway the employee reringed mom's plates back up and instead of telling the person that she had done paid for it she just give more money to her and the employee that took mom's order when we arrived come out of back and ask if mom was ready for the plates she ordered and mom said yes and the employee told the one at cash register that mom had already paid and they give mom her money back for the one order.Thank You Long John's Staff!
