A nice relaxing visit to the Wendy’s by campus. I haven’t gone to this one in awhile. I always get a spicy chicken but I was feeling a Dave’s single. The staff was very friendly and there was sweet old lady and a cute girl with a northeast accent up front. The lobby was well kept an my food was perfect. Thanks ETSU Wendy’s team! 🍔🍟

Best breakfast by any chain, finally a BnG that tastes naturally cooked, but I'd advise to stay away from the maple bacon chicken croissant, it smells funky and tastes alright but very bland looking, def not what the menu photo shows, everything else is fantastic, duh baconanator mmmm, mmmmmm

First time trying chili cheese fries and it was very good 👍 disappointed they were out of ice cream coz I went there just to get a strawberry frosty to try 🙃 this City is growing why don't these places order enough stuff so they don't run out 🤦 anyway idk when I'll be going back to try the frosty

Came in last night. The chili was watered down. The fries was cold. Went up and ordered more fries and told them I would wait for fresh. They must have changed there fries, they are not the same . The burger was cold and has probably been wrapped up for a while. The cheese was stuck to the paper. You can tell it wasn’t fresh either because the lettuce and tomatoes had just about Disintegrated, so had to ask for more.

ALWAYS screws up doordash orders. ALWAYS. idk if they think that since they aren’t dealing with the customers face to face they can just throw whatever they want into the bag and send it out the window but im real sick of spending extra money to doordash from them to receive 1 or 2 items out of my whole order. ive worked customer service my whole life and i’ll never understand how a place can be so comfortable having such bad customer service.

Always slow and you never get any condiments when you order a sour cream and chives baked potato, if you don't ask , you will not get them, always check before you leave. But usually friendly employees every visit .

Food is on point. Customer Service is good. Only flaw, let the customer finish talking when ordering in the drive thru. Other than that, all is well.
