I used to have a somewhat difficult relationship with this McDonald’s some time ago but my last few trips they have been very tentative, accurate and friendly. The level of encouragement shown by this drive thru team has me returning to this “close to home” location more frequently. Great work team!

It is hit or miss depending on the employees they have. This is the closest McDonald's to me. Right now its great.
I am still taking off 1 star for a previous experience. We boycotted this McDonald's for years after the manager decided to change our order because they were out of what we ordered. When I realized my receipt was twice what it was supposed to be I questioned it. The manager offered me the food he had decided I wanted. When I declined it he refused to return my money. I recorded the whole ordeal and sent it to corporate. My money was eventually returned, but this trip to McDonald's was a reward trip for my young Daughter, and that ex-manager ruined that.
In a rush my husband went there last year and said they have all new employees. Most of their staff is great right now. They do get bad workers still, but they seem to be flushed out quickly.
Their Caramel Frappe is better than Starbucks.
Update: giving back the star because of the honesty of one of their current employees.

I understand that you are short staffed as is most places but if you don't have enough people to work drive through and front counter, consider closing the dining room and go to drive through only. Waited at least 10 minutes to have our order taken. I placed my order and told the manager taking my order that I needed 2 unsweetened teas and 1 sweet tea. 1 medium drink and 1 small drink. Never saw a receipt but only got 2 tea cups and the small and medium cups. Went back 3 different times to try and reorder the sweet tea to no avail. Had to go to drive thru to get it! Again I understand that you are short staffed but if you can't get enough employees, consider closing the dining room and use drive through only!!

Somebody needs to work on fixing the sweet tea! McDonald's use to have the best tasting tea in town but not anymore. And sometimes it taste like coffee ! So I'm going to have to stop buying their tea evidently

I worked here as a 17 year old and had more poise and far better customer service than the crew working this morning at 0026. You can chose your job so if you hate it, go elsewhere. You get paid well for this job compared to other jobs in this area that require months of training whether you want to argue it or not. Meanwhile I’ll enjoy my burger you all probably spit in simply because I annoyed you by making an order. The rude and condescending attitude of everyone but the cashier was disgusting. I’ll never be back to this location.

Was literally served a raw (as in still frozen) burger. I understand accidents happen. Fulfill on way an accident like this happened is on purpose and then when asked to talk with a manager that refused to give my money back and ultimately didn't get my sandwich or my money back just told me I could come back the next morning talk with her manager. So basically McDonald's and their manager just robbed me

Clean and friendly with a nice atmosphere. We were greeted warmly by the cashier. All our questions were answered without hesitation.
Coffee was hot 🔥and fresh. Hash browns were straight from the fryer and were good.
🍎 apple pies were hot from the oven and had lattice crust. I highly recommend you try one.
Seating area was being wiped down after the breakfast rush.

I asked for a small cup for water and the lady that handed me my food said, “we charge for water now.” I asked, “how much”?
“$1”! No way!!! That’s so expensive for a small cup of water. Might as well get a Large sugary drink for that priZe. I think she’s racist, because I look Hispanic.
