Taco Bell

Absolutely awful the new people who now work at the restaurant don’t know what they are doing period. We got soggy tacos and every single one was smashed… and the the shells tasted funky like chemicals I don’t know how else to explain it. Everything was thrown into the bag with little care. I thought about calling and speaking to a manger but what good will it really do? I won’t be going back till new people come in that actually care about there job and do it right.

This was the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to! The food was all cold, not wrapped well with food falling out all over the packaging, crushed and smashed food, nothing heated and crunchy food was soggy, Refried beans were replaced with black beans that had no taste! Over all… AVOID THIS TACO BELL! Not worth the $30.00 that I spent!!!😡

Was just passing through the area craving me some taco bell so I stopped in. Everything here went above and beyond, staff was super friendly and my order was nice and fresh. Also it was put together very professionally. This was as clean and neat a visit I've ever had at a taco bell...two thumbs up for the crew👍👍

I understand staffing issues but there is no excuse for giving orders with food that is not cooked or heated properly. Everything in our order had been assembled but failed to heat it up. The outside of the burritos crunchy, the insides ice cold. Power menu bowl ice cold. We called back to get a refund and told that they could do nothing about mobile orders.

I just left this store, and the guy working the window was insanely rude. The staff neglected to inform me that they are out of tomato, so when I checked my order to assure everything is correct and saw my supreme tacos had no tomato, I informed the male behind the window and he snapped back very rudely that the order is not incorrect, they just don't have tomato. None of the staff informed me of this and when attempting to get the guys attention at the window, he stared right at me as I kept waving, ignoring my attempts to gain communication on the matter, rolling his eyes at me. This building needs new employees. Each and every time I visit this location, my food in incorrect or missing items and the customer service is terrible. Please hire new night staff.

DEPLORABLE!!! NO ONE spoke to us when we walked in, the dining room was FILTHY!! They didn't give us our cups when they gave us our food. When we attempted to tell someone, NO ONE acknowledged our presence at the counter to see what we needed. I had to call out to someone to get our cups. Also, we had to order our food on the kiosk which we didn't like. Whatever happened to customer service 🙄. It sure wasn't there!!!! There was basically NO interaction between customers and employees. The ONLY good thing about it was the food, thankfully. The kiosk was easy enough to use but the sign on the counter wasn't clear that that was the ONLY way we were going to get to place our order. We are NOT in a real hurry to go back. We felt like the service would have been better at the drive-thru. At least we would've gotten waited on and not had to see that nasty dining room. Question: How often are they supposed to disinfect those kiosks? Other than the food, it was a most unpleasant experience.
