We paid 6.79 before tax for a farmhouse roast chicken salad, and didn’t realize we’d been handed a broken bowl with Saran Wrap on top, two tiny pieces of chicken, and less than a cup of lettuce. It was truly smaller than a side salad. We tried to call the store to request something to make it right and no one can answer. We’d appreciate any kind of fix for this. Thank you. My dad eats these salads weekly and it’s less than half the usual quantity.

Yes this location is amazing, close to my work and always on point. And everything is fresh every time I go there and today I didn't want to go back to my work and I just parked and ate my food there and talked with my hubby and like no problems no issue and fresh curly fresh with arm sauce that I love. Kind of customer service it's willing to help answer anything you need and help figure out anything and everything that you would need we want that time. Honestly it's the best one that I've been through and the Tri-Cities here!

The service and food are okay. The dining room lacked cleanliness and the staff just seemed so-so. Took forever take a order because the person couldn't find the buttons on the computer and she asked for help and no one was willing to help her find the buttons. The food was okay it was fresh and hot but for the price I feel like you can go to sit-down restaurant.

The people working today were nice and did their jobs well. I had the gyro and everything was good on it. I also had an order of fried jalapenos. Which i was really excited for. They were fresh. I had to wait an extra minute for them to be done in the fryer. I feel like they could've stayed in the fryer just a tad longer as the skin on the jalapeno was alittle tough.

Dining room was dirty, table had crumbs not little crumbs large ones. Dried ketchup on the wall. We sat near trash can (only clean table available)
My daughter ended up sick from her beef and cheddar. Won't be going back there.

I love the food, the service is great and prices are affordable. I enjoyed the $1 items this visit which made my visit even better!

Waited in long line for 2 double chocolate chip cookies. Went home. Tried to eat them an hour later. They were hard enough to break a tooth. When I went back, with my receipt, same cashier was there. She was very rude😡 Will drive to south roan next time. Never get old cookies there

It's an Arby's. I haven't had an order messed up here in years/dozens of visits. It's cleaner than your average fast food place, I just wish corporate Arby's would improve their app.
