Cook-out

I have to take back my 5 star review. I think they have hired new workers at this location, because lately anytime we go, this place sucks. We used to go here almost every other night but now I won’t be going anymore. They used to never mess up and order and everything was great. But now our burgers are always burnt. They mess up and give us non sweetened tea when we clearly say ‘sweet tea.’ Last night we ordered a chicken sandwich and got given a burger instead. On the same order we had two chili dogs but when we got home and opened them up, it was literally a bun with chili. No hot dog. The workers were laughing a lot while we were sitting at the drive thru which makes me think not putting the hot dogs in was supposed to be a funny joke or something? Well it wasn’t. I really don’t appreciate paying for something just to throw it away when I get home. Very disappointed because this place used to be so good but the workers they hire look like they’re all 16 and you can see none of them wear hair nets or gloves. They are always laughing and being extremely loud and they take forever to get our orders out when this was never a problem before. I know this is fast food, but at least TRY to have some standards. They are clearly immature and don’t know anything about making food(especially when they burn every burger) We usually go at midnight, so if you’re going to this cookout I definitely don’t recommend going while those hooligans are working. 2 stars because they used to be good but with the new workers, they are trash.

I've not ever eaten anything from Cookout, but their milkshakes are absolutely to DIE FOR!!! So, sooo unbelievably good!!! And they are very reasonably priced too!! They are 150 times better than McDonald's milkshakes & they have sooo many more flavors as well!!! My all time favorite from Cookout is peanut butter fudge!!! 😍🤤😋 If you are a peanut butter lover like me than I'm telling you, peanut butter fudge is a MUST TRY for you!!!!
