My most favorite breakfast place..Being a vegetarian, it works for me since they amend the dishes for you and suggest the best substitutes too. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable..

All the food was horrible, and the service just as bad, there were only 3 groups of customers and yet the waitress left us waiting because she was sitting at another table with another employee. I understand that my 13-year-old daughter's food was charged but why do they say that children eat for free if they still charged me for my 3-year-old daughter's food? I was so upset i didn't have the heart to ask why

This location’s IHOP hands down has the best customer service. The hostess and waiters/waitresses are always so kind and polite. Whether I order over the phone for to-go or dine in, I am always treated so well and like a valued customer. I forgot the name of the lady who served us from my last visit, but she was so attentive and caring. It really touched my heart. The food here is great as well and it hits the spot every time. IHOP Johns Creek is a gem and I hope they continue to keep it up!

I can't remember my servers name but she was phenomenal. My son wanted to come here with his friends and I had about 7 kids with me. The waiter kept drinks filled and the kids entertained. The food came out fast and delicious. She was a GREAT waitress!!

The pancakes and french toast were immaculate. The food is always amazing. The only thing that brings this rating down would be the customer service. The waitress didn't always help us to the best of her abilities. She brought us dirty utensils and took very long when bringing stuff that should have taken longer. I understand that it was a little packed for the morning rush, but i just wanted to point that out.

Breakfast was delicious. Our server, Jess, was friendly and courteous. She made the experience very pleasant. It's worth going back to sit in her section again. Coffee could have been hotter though.

The is the pablo omelet. Its enough for 3 meals if u r watching your A1C. I'm struggling with weight so I ate it all at 9am its 6pm and I'm still good. It was delicious. I will return when I'm out that way. ♥️ Also manager was very professional and polite. I got lost driving my dump truck he guided me to the location 😘
