Lovely, the ladies at the counter were so patient with us while we decided what we wanted. And then I forgot the receipt so I had to go back, and they very kindly reprinted it for me! Best customer service ever ☺️

I go to this particular DD mostly because of its convenient location on my commute route. However of the ones in the area, this one gets my order correct most often. This is a busy location but they keep the orders moving so there is rarely a wait.
I use the mobile order option for convenience and to avoid any wait. Unfortunately, my order has not been ready on time or complete when I arrived on a few occasions. That keeps them from getting 5 stars, imho. To their credit, somebody always seems to be watching the customers and they will check on you if it seems you have been waiting.

Service just keeps getting worse , they don’t have enough people working in the morning to keep up with the am rush line has been to the door past few times I’ve gone it’s taken well over 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee

SLOW service. Watered down coffee.
Decent pumpkin muffin. In general Dunkin Donuts has steadily gotten worse over the last 20 years. I used to go every day, now I go maybe once a month. (and 9 out of 10 times regret it).
