This was my 1st visit to a Jimmy John's and the sandwich is delicious. The person preparing my food was courteous and friendly but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the ladies room. It was the cleanest facility I think I have ever been in. Kuddos to this location for making this an excellent visit!

“Freaky Good service”
I wanted to take the time to say I really appreciate this location. Not only are they “freaky fast” every single time I come here but the place is also always spotless.
I’m a truck driver and during the pandemic it’s almost impossible to find somewhere that has a bathroom open to the public. This location is open and the bathrooms are always amazingly clean. It means a lot to us who don’t have the option of running back home or to the office. Thank you!

Can’t believe the attitude. Tried to place an order and the young man was rude as if I had interrupted his day trying to place an order for delivery. Not very happy

Placed delivery order at 3:30. Got a phone call at 3:31 stating that the "manager did not schedule any drivers" and they would get my order out at 4:00 as soon as the driver got there
How do they not schedule any drivers?
Anyway at 4:20 I heard nothing and called and my order still had not gone out.I was not being held hostage for other orders that came in

I am not sure what happened to the fast service they once provided. The serving portions have diminished and staff must have had a bad day that day. It was my favorite go to for a quick lunch during a busy day at work. I hope you get it together and get back to the service you used to provide. Win me back as your loyal customer.

This location gets it done. The team here is well trained and friendly and they deliver the Jimmy Johns product exactly right. There is plenty of parking in this in-line retail center.
The food is JJ standard which means it’s good. I like the texture of the bread here far better than the other sub-chain alternative. This is far better for the same or a bit better price. I have not used the delivery yet. They have a small delivery radius.
