I can't believe it took me this long to try this place. The staff were polite and helpful and I ended up tasting and ordering three flavors:
Coffee - super strong coffee taste, loved it
Apricot orange blossom - very special! Light and floral, unlike any other flavor IMO
Ginger molasses - this one has these wonderful chewy bits of molasses and Lord-knows-what, delicious
I enjoyed all three, I enjoyed them at the same time, and I'm writing this review with the large empty cup in one hand. Five stars.

I was so happy when I came across this place and suddenly became disappointed. The ice cream and waffles are amazing!!! But the staff is EXTREMELY LAZY and ruin the experience. I walked in and I wanted a waffle and I was told the machine was broken. The following week I was told it was to hot in the back and flat out NO. Another time the machine was off and takes a hour to turn on. The best time was it was 9:30 and I was told I close in 30 minutes come back another time. I reuse to continue to support a business with poor customer service.

Worst waffle I ever had.
First the staff is not welcoming at all, seems like I bothered them when I walked in.
Second, the waffles are made in the back, who knows what goes on back there...
The girl assured me that it was fresh but I kept hearing the microwave.
Upon tasting it, I can guarantee anyone that it was NOT fresh but warmed up in that microwave.
I had real waffles in Belgium before, this waffle tasted like a pancake mix.
Very disappointing.
If you thought about going there, think again and go somewhere else.

Great place, staff is super friendly and helpful. I thought since it was "organic" that it would be health based and flavor lacking. Boy was I wrong. Great unique flavors that will leave you wanting more.
