First time at this location; came at 5 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, didn't meet the same standards we've come to expect from Caffe Bene. Hardly any baked goods left in the display cases, service was brusque. We ordered the matcha frappe and it was too watery. Atmosphere was still ok.... But we Will not be back at this location.

Love the ambiance at this location. Perfect place to sit and work for hours. Was expecting more from their milk tea, but their boba's good. I like their lighting here compared to the harsh lighting I've encountered at their other locations. This way I can study without feeling a migraine coming on within the first hour. Come check them out.

They advertised on their web site that they open at 8am on new years Eve. When we got there at 8 it was closed with a sign saying the open at 10am.

Spacious cafe with decent drink and bakery selections. Plenty of tables and chairs. 3 min walk from the Newport Path station. Didn't like the music while I was there tho - too loud, wordy. I couldn't concentrate on my book.

Disappointing Service. Erratic hours. They decide to close whenever they feel like. Staff member was condescending and discriminatory, and told me that the wifi is for customers only. This was within a few minutes of me sitting down. I go to coffee shops all the time. I understand the protocol that you should buy something. But they were incredibly patronizing. I'll take my business elsewhere.
