Simply amazing! Every ingredient of is well thought out. The bread is amazing, the salads are fresh, crisp and loaded with flavor, the meatball app is the best I have ever eaten(sorry Mom) but the pizza is heaven. The crust is light, airy and crisp. The sauce is perfectly seasoned and the cheese just finishes it off. We try three different pizza and don’t know which I liked best. However, the real star of this restaurant is Dan Richer, the owner. He is a humble rock star who simply wants to make the best food possible. This place should be on everyone’s bucket list.
We are on a quick pizza tour of New Haven, New York City and NJ. Took in Sally’s, Pepe’s, Modern, Roberta’s, Lucali’s, Di Fara and others. Razza is my favorite so far, and it’s not really close.
The dough and the crust is just outstanding—perfectly cooked. All the toppings so good, especially the farm fresh stuff. The sides were terrific.
The owner and chef Dan is just the nicest guy. Five stars without a doubt!
