The Coffee Shack

Great coffee, better scones! I love going here and definitely need to make it more frequent. I’m usually in a big rig with three trailers and I’m welcomed with open arms, even though I take up, well most of the space in a line, I’m treated as though I’m the greatest thing to roll through the window. I dig that big time! And of course the lass who runs the show there is beyond friendly and is super awesome!

Outstanding espresso and coffee drinks! Yay! We finally found another place to add to our road-trip espresso stand go-to list along the I84 route. Good, strong, robust espresso, with a wonderful aroma, without being bitter. (She served it quickly, without letting it sit too long). The barista was super friendly, and fast. We don't travel though here that often, but the Coffee Shack is definitely on our list now. A wonderful find, and it was very convenient to get to, as well. Just off the highway, and then back on again.

There are a lot of coffee shops out there now days. Most of the coffee is mediocre to say the least. As is most of the service. How ever, I found an outstanding coffee shop in Jerome on Lincoln in front of Con Palos. The Coffee Shack not only has an outstanding brew of coffee but the service seems to be above all others, in friendliness and prompt service. They greet you with a smile and make you feel like they are happy to have you as a customer. They make my day. And I was excited to find out they also own a coffee shop in Twin Falls. It's called the Grind on Shoshone. I tried it and same great coffee and service. For me none of the others can hold a candle to these two coffee shops. JCS, Twin Falls.
